She just completely forgot about me. Why am I so horrible to work with I had a feeling she just wanted to see me privately so she could do this stuff to get rid of me. I'm so stupid

No way dude. Shes just doing too much between the two offices and getting messed up. Nothing to do with you. How could she not like YOU??!

thanks guys . omg i walked back to my T office after i went and had ice cream and wrote in my journal and her car was there . but she had not answered my message so i was even more upset .i was thinking maybe something had happened to her but i was wrong .i just walked away so hurt and headed towards the parking garage to head home . i couldnt believe she didnt call me .but then my cell rang and it was her . she said that she had 1pm written in her book .i was still in town so i could come in if i wanted to . i hate that i react so badly to this stuff. i dont hate my T but i swear she had told me noon at least 3 times in the conversation . i guess im just a screw up .

Glad it worked out. She may have written the time down wrong. Whatever the case, the thing to remind yourself of is that it had nothing to do with her not wanting to work with you; that is what you tell yourself and that comes from an older place. The other thing to work on is not calling yourself a screw up. Granite, these things happen to everyone. Whether it was her screw up or yours, in NEITHER case does it make THE PERSON a screw up. See the difference?

Seriously i had my stroke thingie that they never figured out why in 2012. We are getting as many 90 degree plus days this year as we did that year. I am taking it easy. If it is global warning, they dont know how it affects old fat people on medication, because all these conditions have never happened before, like heat plus meds plus old.
What flavor ice cream did you get?  and i hope your session was okay otherwise
