Wow, talked to T today and realised how lucky I am to have a T like her.

I was in crisis today, having panic attacks, totally freaking out. My husband called T and said I was in a bad way and it was either an ambulance or her that he called. She could hear my crying in the background and asked to talk to me. She was so good with me. She got me to calm down by doing breathing with me and she called me sweetheart, which she has never done before. She talked so gently until I had calmed down and then asked me what was wrong. She then spoke a bit to my husband and I on speakerphone and when talking to husband she said to me, "sorry it's like we're talking as if you are not here darling". She has never called me darling before. Also when talking to her she said "you know that I love you to bits". Which she has kind of said before.

She is so special, it really helped me to calm down and get out of the crisis that I was in. She told me what practical things I needed to do to get out of the commitments I had today and said that I could talk to her all afternoon if I wanted to. She said she had to go to the post office but if she was out, just to call her mobile and she would talk to me while she was on the way! I was so touched by her kindness, she is so maternal towards me. We talked for about an hour and she told me to go and eat and that my husband or I could call back anytime. I have managed the rest of the day without needing to call back but it's so good to know she is there if I need her.
