I'm having a hard time accepting that tomorrow's my last real session with T1. We have a joint session with the new therapist next week, but I believe he's only planning on being there half the session. I'm so upset that he's leaving after working with him for 3 years. I'm nervous that I won't like this new T or she won't know how to deal with me like my T has. I hate this so much, but there's nothing I can do about it besides try out the new therapist and see how it works. I feel like I'm going to be an emotional wreck tomorrow and next week's session.

I haven't seen the new T yet. My appointment isn't until next Thursday with them. Thanks for asking though.
Thanks for this!
