Spent the last 2 Sessions talking about how I feel with other people. Not family, more friends and work colleagues.

One thing T said was, I think as a baby, not only did your adoptive mother not 'hold you', she 'dropped' you too. Not physically but she and many others in your earlier life 'dropped' you and when things feel wrong when your communicating with others, that reminds you of being 'dropped ' all over again.

Her explanation touched the spot.
