Maybe challenging?
I like that a lot and never feel my Ts challenge me enough.

Empathetic. Warm but not too warm, if that makes any sense.

Well, today it is jerk. I've probably thought that more today than in the last 9 years all combined.

Does she acknowledge that these two sides are very active in your therapy 1step?

Hmmm... no, but in fairness to her I haven't brought it up. I will see her next Tuesday for the first time in four weeks. My plan is to talk about how I still struggle to trust her.. as long as we have worked together I do not completely trust her! Maybe we could touch on the warm/ cold stuff.

Initially: kooky (I told her that was my first impression about 3 years in lol)
warm, talented, and caring (I told her this a little over a year ago)
Amazing (this I have never said to her)
Thanks for this!

Caring, gentle, compassionate, goes slow but pushes me (which isn't a bad thing or negative), comforting/comfortable, gentle caring voice, very professional, insightful, knowledgeable

I could go on and on. Nothing is negative about my current T. Very professional and never over steps boundaries.
Thanks for this!

Short. lol, she's tiny! I'm not sure what else yet, since it's only been a couple months. I do like her a lot though.

My T2 was compassionate and T1 was calm, and both were challenging (which I needed!)
Thanks for this!

After I typed this, I guess I'm describing my experience in the therapy more than the therapist themself.
1 - damaging
2 - a relief
3 - unhelpful
4 - wrong
5 - intense
6 - irradiating
7 - useless
9 - destructive
9 - horrible
10 - praise the lord, literally
11 - doubtful
12 - good

The therapist themself
1 - cocky
2 - pure
3 - sweet
4 - elitist
5 - grounded
6 - kindly
7 - kind
8 - distant
9 - antagonistic
10 - sincere
11 - introverted
12 - earnest

You know, I didn't include my psychiatrist, with whom I parted ways acrimoniously earlier today. For her, unprincipled.
