My ...I dont know where to begin. I've had so many bad times in therapy, 4 therapists,..now I found the right one...but am I just lying? God the envy, the love,...I'm so afraid. I feel attrated to my T...its so horrible! I'm so bad.....so scared, ...so far away from being better. I need something,..I WANT TO BREAKFREE...I have a appointment with my T tomorrow.....what will go on....will i be let down again? Or will i let myself down.

Oh sweetie, it's okay! The attraction is a very normal thing. Part of transference. I feel the same about my T. I have not shared that with him yet. I think he knows that some of the feelings exist, but he would only know this indirectly because I have not actually talked about it in a direct manner. And we have been working together for two years! So don't get too crazed (for lack of a better term!) or anxious or overwhelmed about these feelings... because as you progress in therapy, you will begin to work them out. It is a long process. It sounds like you are experiencing a connection. How comfortable are you in talking about this with your T? How much do you think you could say, if any? I'm so glad that you can say that you have found the right one. Your feelings are completely normal.

Each appointment is a step in the right direction, moving along the road to someplace better.

I hope you have a great session!

((((Moonkin)))) You might want to discuss the reasons you have had 4 therapists, if you aren't sure why. You can also talk about your connection that you feel with this one, with this one. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!!!!! It's normal, and imo, a necessary element for good psychotherapy to happen. TC!

I'm so glad you feel attached to this therapist. It's a good sign and I hope today's session is productive.

Remember, as you know from the rest of our posts, therapy does not always leave you feeling good! It is in therapy that we face our demons...

But, hoping today is a good one.
