But this particualry have freaked me out...

I don't know if I should schedule another appointment, I have none right now... would that also be wasting his time?

The Skeezyks never stayed with a therapist long enough to have something like this occur. Personally, I don't think this incident is significant enough that you should not schedule another appointment. My perspective would be that what is important here is whether or not this T is helping you overall. If s/he is then it's important to keep seeing her / him. If not, then perhaps a change is in order.

Thank you for answering. He is not being helpful but it's the only option I have.

He didn't say they were a waste of his time, but he did say he didn't think they were a benefit to me psychotherapeutically. I took this to mean to stop asking for them. I also agree with the skeezyks here

That sounds like an odd statement from a T. I can understand if they feel frustrated when the treatment is not going the way they would like, but telling the patient "waste of time" is quite inappropriate IMO. Have you asked him what would be a desired progress and how he thinks he could contribute to that better?
Thanks for this!

No, he actually asked me that to me last time we see. I told him about being to aggressive, like when you treat someone with a conduct disorder, I told him that scared me, I told him he talks to much about things I don't care or I already know so I find myself confused in sessions.

I see him tomorrow for the first time after telling him all of this, so I will see how it goes.
