Oh good! I'm glad he apologized and now realizes the effect he had on you. Hope the gabapentin helps.
Thanks for this!

Next session we are going to discuss if I continue going to the day hospital with him once a week or to a normal outpatient facility where I won't see a therapist but someone who is only a psychiatrist once each 2-3 months, as far as he told me, but before seeing him, I was with another psychiatrist who also is a therapist I could see once each 1.5-2weeks in the hospital, next to the psych unit.

I don't like him, I don't like seeing him, I don't like the day hospital. I hate it.

I am going to give him a second chance and wait until February to ask him for a referal.

If I end up next to the psych unit I think it won't since it is not a normal outpatient facility, it's for patients that need more treatment that a normal outpatient facility can provide.

Normally, people with mental illness are seen at outpatient clinic on the psych area. People here are seen once each 2-3 months.

In hospitals there are places where people are inpatient and then there is a place for people who are outpatient but the outpatient clinic is not enough, here people are seen twice a month, even once each 1.5 week if the pscyhiatrist considers it's necessary. I was here before being at the day hospital.

Then there are day hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, ... for people who need diarly to weekly treatment. Like me.

But yeah, it is possible my apply for the income is denaied if I am not at the day hospital, when I have to apply again that I think it's in 1 year.
