Update: I spoke to my T who was really receptive to my feedback and even thanked me for it. T agreed there was a lack of experience with the subject we were discussing in the previous session and had been thinking about it also. T and I agreed that this is something I would need to find another T to talk about with, but T is able to t me with other things. T apologised for making me feel unsafe. I have decided I am happy to continue with T because of how well my feedback was received and because before this I felt happy with T.

Thinking of you... countertransference, both "positive" and "negative" needs to be handled with great skill by the therapist... if the T is unable to keep their own countertransference under control they can do harm. I wish you well
