I had a session yesterday with my T, some things went horrible as you know from my posts yesterday. I gave her a letter and the reaction wasn't has pictured and she made a comment about me being short that brough back old grade school memories that really brought tears. I e-mailed her telling her these things even tho I have ANOTHER session tomorrow because i was afraid I couldnt tell her face-to-face...i hope i did the right things,...

I pray...she won't hate me.,

(((hug))) If your T gave you the email address to use, I doubt your T will "hate" you for doing so. Any good T worth her/his weight in salt doesn't hate anyway. I'm glad you opened up. Be sure to discuss it in session now

im working on getting my nerve up to ask t if we can exchange emails (thats if she uses one) so that if i cant do it in session i could do what u did.. ur t shouldnt get made at u if she does well poo on her....
