Those of you who know about my current situation regarding ET, I wrote my therapist the other day asking for a "live exposure" appointment. Lol. Anyways, since she agreed and driving to a location will take part of the time, should I just go on an exposure with her somewhere and then use the rest of the session to bring up the feels?

Not sure. What is the purpose of the "live exposure"? Personally, I would think you would want to give yourself lots of time in a session to explore the feelings with her; however, this might be a good time to just bring up transference to her in a general sense and try to get her take on it - experience and such.
Thanks for this!

Yeah, but Elio, it will end up tipping her off on the reason I'm bringing it up. I'd want to do an exposure before that maybe because after I reveal the other stuff it might be more terrifying to do an exposure in front of her. lol

Purpose of live exposure is just in vivo therapy/exposure therapy.

Why not? One thing that crossed my mind though is that telling her about your ET feelings in an unusual session outside of the normal therapy location might bring an association that perhaps you expect something to happen especially if she is not so used to dealing with ET in depth... Don't know.

When I told one of my Ts about ET, I first mentioned it briefly in a session that was not focused on that topic. Just mentioned that I had erotic fantasies about him that I wanted to discuss in detail next time. Not as a "doorknob confession" kind of thing, being halfway out of the door at the end of the session, but as a side track in the middle. This way we we both could prepare for it and it went very well, no discomfort whatsoever and it was one of our best sessions. (But my T was a psychoanalyst with a lot of interest in and experience with ET.)

You feel you have to keep your T in the dark?
