Thanks for the articles. My own issue with the whole idea about working on attachment issues with a therapist is that I do not believe the T-client relationship is really representative of my attachment patterns such that it can be modeled sufficiently. Certain specific behaviors and feelings yes. Maybe it's just me but I find therapy very limited and formal for that and many things I am happy to do in my everyday relationships I am just not willing to in relation to a therapist, however I respect and like them (or the opposite).

I simply don't have any urge to change my attachment style. If the therapist has been trying to change mine against my will, at least I have thwarted it.
