I would be REALLY interested to hear any therapy secrets. My therapist seems to be really straightforward. He doesn't analyze really deeply, definitely not psychodynamic, so I don't think he'd have any therapy secret tools he uses in his therapy itself.

I'm in the middle of the day... what does that mean?

I think though it has more to do with the clients schedule, than the therapists.
