I have swapped to fortnightly sessions so I didn't have an appointment and I am feeling as though it wasnt the right time to move to fortnightly appointments. She booked out quickly for this week so even her emergency appointment got taken. she told me I would have to go on the wait list for a cancelled appointment. It was my idea to do appointments further apart so I feel like I shouldn't be complaining.

I really need T but I dont want her to know that.
any advise?

I think you should at least tell her. I switched to fortnightly a few months ago (mutual decision) and it's been hard for me. I tell my T when I'm struggling. She reassures me and encourages me. It helps.

I think I will talk to T about it and see what we can arrange.
Thanks for this!
