Have you ever seen your ex-T (after you terminated with them, of course)? I don't mean romantically (lol), but physically seeing them in front of you. Was it awkward? Did you get back together with them?

I saw my ex-T in my counseling office about a week ago and he waved to me with a beaming smile. He enthusiastically said, "How are you doing?" I wasn't sure what kind of response to give, so I said, "Pretty good." I quickly turned my eyes away as he walked out of the waiting room.

Awkwaaaaaard.

For those who don't know, I had quit seeing him because the more and more I got to know him, the more creepy he was! And he even once talked about how he masturbated. (Yuck!) He also talked about his video game life (he's 32).

Needless to say, I'm glad I switched to a different therapist. I wasn't getting much help from him, either... so that's yet another reason I stopped seeing him. Useless.

I had a former marriage counselor show up at church. We both just said hi and asked how things were going. It was fine.
