My new T and I really have connected! I love so much to talk with her,..my emotions fully open to her,..since we've been seeing one another I've called 4 times..brought in poems/stories to help her understand...and now journaling to her..she doesn't know about the journals but I feel if I let her see each days progress we can begin fixing the thoughts...is that to much?
I see her tuesday after school...but it feels like each day takes years to pass.....is this really good? I hope so...I can't wait to go to my next session. Dustin |

You are forming an attachment to her. That's a good thing, especially considering the amount of therapists that have you seen before her. Your feelings are very normal. The only time that I don't miss my T is the one hour per week when I see him. Otherwise, I start missing him the minute I walk out the door and continue to do so until the next session.

Hugs ((((((( Moonkin )))))))) It is very good that you are able to share more with your T. And missing your T means that you are learning to trust. I have been seeing my T once a week (more or less) for over 5 years and yes I still miss my T inbetween sessions. It's good, keep going.
