What do you think other poster's therapists look like?

I think this is as close as I'm going to get to a lookalike for my T, but my T's eyes are brown.

I do have a bit of a thing for John Oliver...

I mentioned this comparison to H, and he said MC is a mix of John Oliver and Paul Simon. And I could totally see that!

Sorry AtAt but DBC always makes me think of the character Hatchet Face from Cry Baby

What do you think other poster's therapists look like?
There is actually a resemblance not between DBC and the character so much as DBC and the actress.

He's 34, not very tall, slim.
He wears beard and moustache, but not very noticeable.
And he's handsome as hell

The second one is sort of similar in appearance to Susan Sullivan.

I generally assume people's Ts are middle aged white ladies with glasses for some reason.

My first long term T (2nd T bc I saw a student for a few months first) was late 20s at the time (I was 19-20, then saw her again at 25-26), blonde and, while still pretty, more plain looking, with blue eyes and glasses.

Long term T2 was mid to late 30s (I was 22-24ish), a little shorter than me, dark brown hair with bangs, brown eyes, slender, beautiful. Her eyes kinda crinkle when she smiles.

Current T is mid 20s (I'm turning 30 this year), blonde hair and either blue or green eyes, gorgeous, definitely short, great smile.

What do you think other poster's therapists look like? What do you think other poster's therapists look like? is what T2 looks like (this is a blogger I like, Kelle Hampton). Couldn't find a good example of T1 and too paranoid to post one that looks like my current T

Hm, noticing a trend here. Is there something about being short that makes people more likely to become T's? Maybe the guys in particular got teased about their height as a kid, and it made them more compassionate? Or somehow the empathy gene and height gene are connected. And the male pattern baldness gene.
Thanks for this!

Maybe all the stress of hearing clients abuse stories makes their hair fall out

My T was like that when I met him tho. He must have balded early cuz he was 33 when I met him

I read people's posts and based on therapeutic style, gender, and age, I sort of imagine them to look like some of the therapists I know.
Thanks for this!

Hi there : )
Here's a description of my therapist... about 5"8, larger boned but not a plus size.. beautiful long blond hair ( she won't tell me what salon she goes to, dangit!) she dresses professional yet sometimes a little provocative, I find her face to be very attractive , overall quite sexy... it used to be a distraction from the work but I'm used to it now..

I remember going to my 10 year high school reunion (a very long time ago) and being shocked at all the bald guys.
As far as I know, none of them are therapists. I guess one of them could be. It is rather horrifying to think of any of the guys I knew in high school being a therapist. I don't recall ever thinking -gosh you should become a therapist.

Oh great. Therapists with Napoleon complexes, just what we need.

You know I have never met a single person of whom I thought "you should be a therapist." Not even my therapists.

I don't think it of the ones of my friends who actually are therapists either.

My therapist is shorter than average too, but I haven't given it much thought. That's just a stereotype-you guys are just kidding right?

Anyway....just as a side note - I always found shorter men to be better lovers.

I can't think of anyone who I thought should be a therapist either.
Thanks for this!
