I'm so scared...my t hasn't called me back tho I'v called her twice..I'm starting to feel...that the times I've said she's helped it was just hope in my mind and me pretending her to be something she can't be. do you know who Peter, Paul, and Mary are???? They have a song on their greatest hits album called " Day is Done" in which the character is talking to his son about why he's crying. He asks if it's the storm outside or something he fears.........will it help if he stays very near.....

Moonkin, These are the feelings that we get to deal with in T, learn to tolerate. Its a much calmer life when the intensity setttles down and you can work together on the same emotional level. I think T says that I never learnt how to have resislence to my emotions so everything seems like a double dose to me.
