Usually I am fidgety in session, zipping my jacket zipper, fiddling with my ring or watch, or something. Sometimes I am self-comforting, rubbing my forearm, smoothing non-existent wrinkles from my slacks or jeans...
Tonight in session I talked a HEAP and at one point I noticed that T had ahold of a ribbon-like tie to her dress and, while listening intently, was absent-mindedly rubbing it between her thumb and forefinger!! Too cute! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

It is funny when they unconsciously pick up/are affected by our mannerisms/outpourings or do something of their own we haven't noticed. I use to literally shred my paper napkins when I was eating "out" but as I got less anxious, I now only sometimes crumble the heck out of them :-) You should see what other mannerisms you can catch her at.

funny because last week my first week back after the break, I noticed T moving her legs around quite a bit. I'd not realised how much she remains still until I saw this. Now I'm grateful that she does usually sit still LOL.

Hahaha
Yesterday while we were talking I saw T intently picking at his sleeve and finally said to him, what's up? He said he had grease on his hand and didn't want to get it all over his shirt or something like that. LOL, I turned the tables. ![]()
