Had a very difficult session today. Disclosed one of three CSA that occurred to me. Body shook and anger reared its ugly head I couldn't control the flashback so I began to cry uncontrollably. I so tried to stay present. T was awesome but now I'm feeling very edgy and suicidal. I am trying not to focused on what happened but rather on the here and now. I'm really struggling now.

Thanks for this!

I am very sorry that your feeling this way.
Would you like to chat/vent with me?
You, one of the best therapies is talking. It is very healthy in letting it all out as opposed to bottling up, what you feel deep within yourself.
My name is Michael and I am here for you.
Thanks for this!

Thank you for reaching out Michael. A few hours of sleep helped a bit thx. I'm still in a bit of a fog of some kind but am maintaining. My biggest problem is opening up but every lil bit helps
