Started PHP again today. I really hate groups but promised my T that I would give it a real shot this time.

I am so tired after PHP everyday that I can barely drive home. I have started drinking caffeine again.

Got completely triggered in group the other day. Just froze and couldn't think. I really hate groups.

Group every day. Not sure how long I will be in the program we will talk more about it Monday. They say everything is voluntary so I can walk out.
