It's almost 1 am and I'm feeling crappy. Mainly feeling sorry for myself and past five years of depression. Hell maybe it's more. I kinda wish I could go to my iop now and airout some of my feelings and get feedback. Actually I wish their is anyone I can talk to right now. I'm safe, just don't want to be in pain anymore.

I know that feel... I don't know how this happened. I remember myself doing some activities. Being happy. It seems like a dream now.
I'm sorry, I do not know much about you... I see you're taking meds. Does they help you? Does anything help you? |

You started iop - that means you're coping! Very well done! You miss your activities - that means you want to do something, but just can't. You have feelings and wishes. Well done again! I know, everything seems hopeless sometimes. But I'm sure your happy life will come back. |

No... You're taking meds, you started iop. You do everything you can. Maybe you don't believe it can help... But you cope.
