Iop success?

It's almost 1 am and I'm feeling crappy. Mainly feeling sorry for myself and past five years of depression. Hell maybe it's more. I kinda wish I could go to my iop now and airout some of my feelings and get feedback. Actually I wish their is anyone I can talk to right now. I'm safe, just don't want to be in pain anymore.

How this happened? My depression. How I can return to my activities that I loved and not stare at a damm ceiling feeling sorry for myself. Frustrated and depressed. Not a good combo.

I know that feel... I don't know how this happened. I remember myself doing some activities. Being happy. It seems like a dream now.

I'm sorry, I do not know much about you... I see you're taking meds. Does they help you? Does anything help you?

I don't know anymore. I just recently started iop and I'm hoping it will work. The psychiatrist said he believes I have treat,met resistance depression. Started me on lamictal, only at 25 mg. My old pdoc stopped me on latuda for eps symptoms and lithium cause of high levels and possibly toxicity. The rest of the meds are the same.

I'm just hoping this will finally be my answer to my pain. Iop. I miss my activities, weight lifting and martial arts so much but I can't muster the strength to return.
