My T frequently tells me to journal when I ask, What should I do? Most of the time I do and will journal, or write a post on here.

My T gives me homework sometimes, not every session. And it's not always writing or something that takes up lot of time. Sometimes it as simple as try to stop saying I'm sorry or say No. Even watching a certain movie. Sometimes paying attention and writing down my own thoughts. This basically helps me to become more aware of myself. He also says I don't have to do it, it's my choice. That's why I don't really see it as student teacher situation anymore. It's your homework, there is no right or wrong answer and you don't fail if you decide not to do it, or you don't think it's helpful to you.
