I don't know how many of you remember me, but I pop in and out of Psych Central from time to time. I am trying to get some quality of life with agoraphobia, social anxiety, and PTSD. I changed my Profile picture, so you may not recollect who I am.

I just had my heart shattered for the first time in over a decade, and my therapy is that I'm going to post photos in our Photos Section. Funny ones, scenic, people, environmental, anything that I find intriquing or I think will make you laugh. This will be my distraction and my therapy until I'm ready to handle my emotions a little better.

So tell your friends. What's the point of posting them if no one even looks? I want to interest you, I want you to enjoy or think about what you see. This is our world, and these are our experiences. (Well....a few may have some help from Photoshop, but believe me...you'll be able to tell right away and I'll always let you know).

Have good therapy and a good solid sleep.

Sandy

Hi Sandy, can you give a URL for the photos section? I can't find it. Thanks. And welcome back.

Hi Sunrise,

It's the link right on the pages at the top. It reads "Forums, Blogs, Chat, Photos, Ratings, and My Profile.

Click on Photos (don't worry about the Options), and it will take you to the main Photos page. It has all the categories there (humor, daily living, etc). Under members Galleries, just click on "S" until you find SandyWeb. That would show only the photos that I have posted, with headings and captions when you enlarge them, I think. Otherwise, you can just go down all the categories and look at everyone else's photos. Lots to see.

Better yet, when you first go into Photos, it will show the most recent ones posted first. Click on it and it will enlarge the pic, explain the scene, and all other types of info. It will tell who posted the photo, and if you want to see more of just their photos, click on the link to their gallery. Mine, like I said, is SandyWeb.

When your finished looking at photos, go back up to the top pf the page, and click on Communities. It will bring you back to the forums. good luck.

Sandy

Thank you Sandy, I found your gallery. I never knew we had this on PC before. Just never noticed the Photos link. Cool! I like your photo of the kitty and the locked cupboard. My cats could relate to that. Also, that sunset pic is gorgeous, a little like my avi. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Sunrise:

I'm glad you found the Photos section. It *does* seem to be a bit of a secret, doesn't it? I don't know why. It's right out there in plain sight.

I'm glad you enjoyed the cabinet lock for the cat! Even toilet paper is a target for a cat!!! Lol.

God bless,
Sandy

It's my favorite Gypsy!! It's great to hear from you. Well, we made it through September. Phew. Let me wrap both you and your hubby in a big hug...which kind-of includes me, too. Lol.
((((((((((((((GypsyEyes & Hubby))))))))))

I think many of us come and go from the site. But what is so amazing is that when we return, there is always SOMEONE around who we used to chat with. I'm glad you came back when you did.

You'll never believe what photos I'm posting tonight. Silly cop pics. And since my dad was a cop and I worked for 4 years with the cops in California, I have every right to laugh WITH them. Lol. They're a great bunch of people.

I'll chat with you later. It's getting late, and I haven't even started posting anything yet. Be sure to post your photos, too. Of anything. The more who take part, the more fun it is.

Ohhhhhhhhhh, and I just noticed that it was your birthday today!!!!!!!!! Happy 20th, my dear. Ah, you're just on the brink of becoming your own person and discovering the world. My, my. Yeah, right....in your fantasies, right? Lol. I hope you had a good time and someone else cooked supper for a change.

God bless,
Sandy

Hey okiedokie, your cat is WEIRD. Lol. Have you been running short on your meds maybe??

Well, we all go through hard times. At least this is a "normal" hard time and not some sort of imbalance hard time. I'll be okay. Thanks for the message!

Maybe we'll all start posting pictures now, but I think they would have to be deleted shortly after because I don't think Psych Central has that amount of storage space. But that's okay. They're still interesting to look through.

Have a great day!

Sandy

Hey there Chalmette,

I don't know if I should be scared or honored that people remember me. Maybe I should just be embarrassed. Spooky stuff, just in time for Halloween. Lol.

Just remember that most of the pics aren't mine. I just pick them up here and there over time. I hope you enjoy the ones for tonight. Silly cops!! I Am Back From the Real World

Take care!

Sandy

Hi freewill,

Who knows how long I'll stay this time, but it's so nice to see that you are still here helping others with their problems. I'd better start posting those pics now, or they won't make much sense once I'm too tired. Lol.

Have a wonderful day tomorrow. The temp has been going back up.

Take care.

Sandy

Good Tuesday morning,

Just to let you know that the police photos are posted now. Make sure you click on the photo, or you won't be able to read the captions or see the photo in a larger size or even comment. And you might want to click on seeing the photos from the last 14 days (I think it's under the Search box); otherwise, you only get ONE PAGE of photos. Of course, there is always the Members Galleries. It's neat to see what you guys have all been posting!!

Take care and God bless,

Sandy
