Has anyone watched the movie or read the book?
I love the dynamics between grace and her therapist. Every therapist needs someone like her. |

I couldn't get into it. I thought the interactions between them were on the creepy side. She seemed to be manipulative if I remember correctly, but that could have been how the story was being laid out.

I think it was hard to know all her true intentions but I liked the way she challenged him. She made him think.

Yes, I've seen it and read it. I think Grace is supposed to come off as potentially manipulative. She's doing these interviews in hopes of getting out of prison so she's presenting herself a certain way, and the truth isn't totally clear.
I like the book, the miniseries was okay but I thought they overplayed the doctor's sexual attraction to Grace. In the book he thinks about it a little but keeps it under wraps, IIRC. |

The sexual differences between the same book and movie is interesting.. take 'the horse whisperer' for example.... the movie shows they didnt have an affair but in the book I think they did. |
