we are in the ending process saw her 7 years, February she changes her practice and then something happened in december she disclosed private information about me to another business partner of mine I cancelled 3 sessions 120 pounds and I cancelled all for february now she wants part of the money.

If you have no written contract and you never signed anything then legally she cant do anything about you paying that money .You had no contract.Even with a verbal contract you gave her the notice which she required .So you owe her nothing.It would not stand in a small claims court.
You however, have a case against her if she broke your confidentiality by disclosing your 'stuff' to an outside source without your consent.I would remind her of this and then see if you still owe any money after that ! shes trying it on .

Thank you this explains it very well and I am not even living in the UK, I am a citizen from another european country so we saw each other online. She is for sure trying it on and I feel like after she disclosed me that I could potential never work with her...first therapist experience going bad- it hurts a bit.
