Just wanted to share this. Wonderful and very insightful. Brene did a TED talk on Shame and Vulnerability. Search her on Youtube.
Trust and Self Trust are based on these key areas:
BRAVING

Boundaries
Reliability
Accountability
Vault
Intergritiy
Non judgement
Generosity

Helps to see why you say I Cant Trust You or Dont Trust Myself...explore the areas and see where its broken.

I have not listened to or heard of her before. She is so truthful and honest in an encouraging way.

I watched this utube last night and a few of her other ones too.

Anatomy of Trust resonated with me. I just got through listening to it again.
