He was really nice. He left all my meds the same. Which is what I wanted. He didn’t mention the Ativan at all, he just sent everything to the pharmacy. I’m really glad. In my experience most doctors don’t want to prescribe benzos. I thought it was interesting that he didn’t even comment about it. He is a specialist psychiatrist. So maybe it’s different.

But the whole appointment went really well, and I like him a lot.

I'm glad your appointment went well and that your meds were left alone. I'm glad you like him. These are good things!

Good for you! Liking your doc is half the battle.

I used to think that as well, but I've come across PDOC's that are okay with benzos — well, certain ones anyway. A lot just depends on your personal history, which benzo you're asking for and why.

Personally, I've never had a problem with my PDOC with Klonopin. If anything, he wants me to use it more than I want to. Lol
