I am scared my t will become sick of me crying. Nearly every session this month I have been in a terrible place. Things are getting deep and I am struggling with it all. Does anyone have this problem about worryingwhat t will think of them?

(((((((Me)))))) A good T will let you cry to get it out, my problem is being a guy I have always been afraid to show my emotions, but going to my T I have learned that it is ok. Things may be getting deep and you feel as if you are struggling, but it is the healing process. Everything will be ok.

Just want you to know that I'm a therapist and I never get tired of my patients crying. I love what I do and if that means helping someone through a deep depression week after week, I'll gladly do it. I feel thats my purpose, and my patients help me fulfill my purpose. Hope this helps worried
