I have no idea if my T has learned anything from working with me or not as he would never say. If I had to guess though I would say he has. We learn from everyone we interact with IMO. We are always growing and learning.

There might be one small thing that you bring to therapy that others don’t. It doesn’t have to be a huge thing but maybe it has a ripple effect into how he treats other clients. Just something to consider
