I feel so bad now. I was feeling bad so I sent a text to my t. I didn’t see that she had called and she then called my sister because she was worried. I don’t talk a lot to my sister.
I feel so weird now. And embarrassed.

A reverse but my youngest 15 year old sister has contacted my T when I wasn't calling home for a while.
I don't think you have anything to be embarrassed about.
