I didn't have a ride to my session today, and I felt too shaky to drive, so we did a What's App video call for the first time. Actually, T was in my house after my husband passed, but today she asked to see the rest of it. It was kind of fun! I missed holding her hand, so I wasn't calm but it was better than nothing. The video paused in places so we had to keep calling back, but still. Amazing technology!

Yay for technology helping out, in the past that wouldn't have been possible.
