With apologies to CE for “stealing” your idea. I’ve wanted so many times to get inside the minds of the less optimal and kind therapists. To reverse some of hurt, or just to ... give a crap when they clearly didn’t give a crap about me.
 If you could set an exam for your sub optimal former therapist.. Question and answer format.. Q - Are you self satisfied Q - Are you smug Q - Do you belittle clients if you are bored Q - Why did you select this field of work

Q - to therapist do you honestly think that “all doctors are good people” or that “all doctors are good doctors? Are you really that naive? Did you know that you’re fired? Did you know I’m done with you grrrrrr?
Did you know this is your freakin final analysis grrrrrrr? (Sorry about the rant) PS I did wonder what his favourite book was but he said “I feel like this is my analysis”  Q - to therapist - did you know you stink?
