My T thinks my anxiety is my main affliction not the depression. I am pretty much just going to work where I have trouble staying all day. I do the bare minimum with my kids. She is afraid that I am moving towards agoraphobia. I feel so guilty and feel like I am missing out on so much with my kids. Anyone know what I should do?

I think it's not something that's so clear cut. The anxiety could be triggering the depression and the depression the anxiety- you'e doing the best you can right now. I would suggest you continue to go at your pace- if you want to focus more on the anxiety there's nothing wrong with that.

Do you feel you are moving towards agoraphobia?
