***waves***

I've had me break.
I'm back.
Formally mouse.

****therapy and life uodate****

T has moved. Going to her new house wasnt bad at all. After all feelings it brought up earlier in the year.

Not only has T moved. But I'm moving.
On the whole. It's a positive thing to have happened.
T has a bigger room now and a choice of couch or sofa.
The chairs are very close. So I decided to sit on the couch.
T jokingly said "I might take that one back to the shop as no client has chosen to sit on it"

I said, it's to close. Our feet will touch.
Over the years T and I both have found humour in my not wanting to lie on the sofa and now and again she's either dared me or I've toyed with the idea.
But never have. the vunrabiilty it it brings up in me just thinking about lying down is unbearable.

But today I actually said "ok. I'll try the chair."
I got up and sat right next to T.

It was ok. I actually felt a different, more confident person with T today after the 6 week break whilst she moved.

Spoke about my moving and perhaps cutting down to once a week due to distance.
But we've agreed to keep it to 2 times a week whilst I adjust to all the changes. Mine and hers.

So that's it.

I'm not mouse Now.
I'm a DNA trace.

Hi! Welcome back to PC! I'm glad you are still seeing your T for the same amount of sessions through all the moving because that's a big transition.

Glad to see you back, I always found your posts about your T really grounding and reassuring to read. Like you, I also ceased my old account and re-joined.
