Recently watched Ted talk on YouTube about Happiness and how too much is almost a bad thing related to hypomania, not being logical when “too happy”, etc and the speaker was a psychologist doing research studies about the topic. Another Ted talk speaker, from Denmark, talked about how his country is #1 country for happy people, but the downside is unhappy, disappointed people living in the shadow of the happiness.
