I feel numb a lot in therapy, but I don't care for EMDR, so I don't do it. But therapy itself makes me feel numb a lot. The "fake" therapeutic relationship is what really gets me. I know some won't agree with that statement, but that is a conclusion I have come to.

I feel numb a lot on therapy. I've only had EMDR possibly once. I'm still not sure what the T was doing. But just in general, I feel pretty numb in therapy.

So often! EMDR makes me leave feeling like I’m in some kind of hazy shock. I try to walk it off but pretty sure I look like a wondering zombie.
The hardest part it I’m jet to see any help or improvement with EMDR. So all this agony and weirdness in between for what right now seems like nothing.
