I would take that to mean herders of wild goats

But can wild goats be herded? Wouldn’t that make them not wild?

according to a google search: "Tame goats are virtually impossible to herd because herding requires a flight zone, which tame goats don't have. They don't circle and turn and move like 'wild' goats (or cattle, or sheep, or...) do."

Does anyone have an emotional support animal?

I may need to move to lowcost housing and intend to keep my eleven year old dog. Since I’m disabled I thought we might have an easier time if I could get her classified as my emotional support animal.

Does anyone have experience with this? You can PM me, if you want to. I’m going to google the topic. Hoping it’s not too difficult.

Senior-help organizations near me and/or the humane society might also have information. I would rather stay here than give Emmy up. She grieves when I’m in the hospital and I love her very much.

I don't know much about it, but it doesn't seem that hard to get an animal classified as an emotional support animal. Lots of people train the animals themselves (and some of them are not very well trained). It may vary depending on the state though.

Yes I do.

All you need is a therapist or doctor note. ESA do not have the same rights as service dogs (many confuse this)... it is mostly for housing purposes and flying. I also am able to bring mine to therapy and dr appointments but I got permission directly on those.

It isn't too hard to get the note if you already have anxiety or some type of thing like that where an animal is helpful to you.

So, I totally crossed my T's boundaries and texted him (supposed to be only for scheduling) because I was struggling. He seemed fine with it an offered me an earlier slot tomorrow, which I accepted. I thanked him and said I hoped he wouldn't lecture me on the texting him thing. He said he wouldn't, that it was all good. But I'm still worried...I have many things to discuss that aren't "I screwed up and texted T."

I totally understand and have the same type of anniversary in September. People wonder why I struggle with the day when it was 15 years ago.]

I’m starting watching a British crime drama, “River.” Detective is required to see a therapist. He starts the session by staring at her paltry row of books.

Therapist: Do you read?
River: Soup labels, instruction manuals, television guides (shot of therapist looking embarassed)...and sometimes books. Yes, I read.

I like him already.

This sounds kind of weird, but today i sold a cabinet that belonged to my mum and i have carted it about for 30 years. Since it left the house i felt different, a bit "lighter" a bit more relaxed maybe. Its the last thing of hers that i had. Maybe i have somehow got rid of her "ghost"

Lt, my response was completely inappropriate on so many levels. I have asked to have it removed. I apologize.

Thanks for the well wishes! Session actually went really well, no lecture about texting him last night at all. May have helped that I explained at start of session that part of why I reached out to him over text was because I was trying to avoid contacting ex-MC (which I managed to avoid). He said it was good that I was improving my coping mechanisms. I was like, "But I crossed your boundaries in doing it." He said it was OK.

And the way he was to me in session, it really *felt* like it was OK. We even developed a therapy sitcom idea (came out of something I shared about an ex-MC session), and he was elaborating on his thoughts for it as I paid. PC would even be involved! (Most of session was more serious though, mostly about my relationship with H.)

Thank you! I’m sure my psychologist will write me a note.

I just got an email from the company that handles inmate communications that my husband is trying to contact me. What does he want with me? Did they serve him his restraining order today? Is he angry that I renewed it? I kept imagining him calling me a stupid ***** when he found out I renewed it. He's violating not only the restraining order but also the part of his sentence that told him no contact with me while he's in prison and on parole. Part of me wants to report him for this contact but another part is curious what he wants. I'm an anxious mess right now.
