I was in therapy for 10 years. In those years I would sometimes dissociate when she brought up sex or possibility of molestation. When the new therapist mentions it I often hear alot of chatter like this isn't good, look at that picture, I dont want to be here etc. When she asks what I am thinking I often cant remember. So would you take that as enough evidence that something happened and you don't remember? Also is that chatter dissociating?

Are they auditory hallucinations? If so, it's not the same thing as dissociation but it can happen during dissociation.
Also, I think although such responses are associated with trauma, you can't for sure tell what has and hasn't happened. Something might have happened or it might not have is all you can say. |

No, I would not take that as evidence that something happened. If I recall correctly, your mother severely shamed you for normal sexual behaviors/exploration when you were a child. That would be more than enough to give you the message that anything sexual is unsafe/not to be talked about/etc.
