In in the last throws of moving.
So much stress.
Last season because my mind is full of moving etc I can't think of anything to say in T.
T said "I feel we're are just waiting" she might not have said just.

I said "we are. I can't really get into this at the moment"

So I think this week's sessions I won't bother going.
Hopefully moving 23rd.
Sometimes Therapy is the least thing in your mind.

I think not going now and then is just fine, especially if you have good reason which it seems like you do.

I am not sure what there is to discuss about this - you don't want to go to therapy, you don't go.

Can you use the session as a de-stressor? Like therapy lite? Even to rant or vent? In times of stress my self care goes out the window but that is when it's really needed.

I can. But even I get d up work heating myself go on and on.
I guess T would say "she's there waiting with me"
