I am debating on calling T this afternoon but I don't want to be a burden and have him quit on me too. I don't think I can handle any more negativity towards me lately.

I think it is possible to just take a breathe, not over-react to insanity, and just go on without knee-jerk reacting to either extreme.
I remember when people got hysterical over the use of rainbows and thought their kid was going to be turned gay or thought gay or yadayadayada because of rainbows. Punctuation is the same idea to me.
It really will be okay.

Having said that, exclamation points are the work of the devil and should be eradicated.

1. Full cleavage on display. Some kind of star pendant was bouncing around on top but couldn’t penetrate the valley of the dolls, they were so pushed together.
2. I had to tell her how to say “monosyllabic.”
3. I told her I hadn’t paid much attention to my appearance the past few years—didn’t buy new clothes except stuff like jeans, abandoned style, wore only basic makeup, etc.—and I wanted to change that but was having trouble getting started. She suggested an “experiential” session at the nearby mall to get my makeover started. [ETA: she would be coming too.]
4. She asked if she could give me a Christmas hug. God help me, I said yes. Stiffest one-armed hug ever. Got an immediate headache that’s still with me.

The trailer shows dr phil talking to the h saying, "you guys cant even go out to dinner cuz she worries" and the wife says "no i check on them by remote camera". I didnt even think of how much poo that is. They have run of the house it looks like. They show her lining up 15 metal bowls for meals.

No i just dont like the special occasion hug, like the last session hug. I dont understand the concept. Either we hug, or we dont. Its not dictated by the sun or the stars or the moon!

Yeah, ex-T gave me a couple "Holiday Hugs" before she allowed hugs in general. It's like they were only OK then. Rather than, say, if I was really upset.

Honestly, I kind of prefer having a T who just doesn't hug (but does do handshakes after every session). Takes a lot of question out of it, plus hugs feel a bit awkward for me in general (and I imagine that would be multiplied with a male T).

OMG we have to stop letting these people push us around in this age of the internet there always options to not interact with racist people. Most forums have some sort of block/ignore feature and the if people complain i am sure the sites can block.

Ever since the christmas tree went up one of my cats is staging a protest by using my rooom instead of a litter box.

Hey I just realized today is one month that I've had my new kitty Amelia! She's come a long way in one month in getting "socialized" but there is still a ways to go. I don't think she was really socialized in her first five months of life. So I can't catch up for all of that in one month. But I followed all the advice on socializing kittens, and her vet says she's doing good. I do worry about her though. I don't remember worrying this much about my other kitty. My other kitty is really stinking smart though. And she comes when I call her by name. I can't believe it's been one month already! Kit.
