I thought I was feeling a bit better, even with only 2 nights of meds dsage increases, but I guess I was wrong, since I just had to leave another meeting, or risk a panic attack. Came back to my office to calm down, but am considering going home and climbing into bed. BUT, on the other hand, I have a class I'm taking, from 6-7, and I want to try to go to that. If I go to bed, I'm won't go out again. So I am struggling, trying to stay all day.

Listening to sad songs again. Bittersweet, because I love them, but it usually means I'm sliding down again.

I'll see my Pdoc again tomorrow and this time I'm bringing my wife; I asked her to come with me and she said yes. I want her there because these weird neuro problems (shaking and stuttering) are back and I might not be able to actually form words. So I want her there to help me, if necessary. I managed to stay all day at work and even got stuff done! Will leave in a little while for my class. Thank you all for your support. I'll write more, later.

Thanks for this!

Sounds like your wife going tomorrow could be a big help. She could also tell pdoc what is going on from her point of view. Sounds like you are doing well at handling ever that is going on. Hugs.

I hope you and your wife are ok and no-one was hurt in the accident. I know this seems like a childish thought, but have you thought about milk, cookies and a good nap. Please don't be angered with me if you fall asleep and miss your class, but at that point the sleep may be well needed.

In view of what happened tonight, I should have just gone home to my bed.
