So I haven't been to T since Monday last week.
It will be every Wednesday eventually. But last week because of me cutting back I felt like I felt when I entered therapy. How can I be like this I asked myself After 16yrs of therapy - 15yrs at twice a week. - So today T said, well. You haven't ended but you've cut back abruptly and though I didn't argue about it - maybe I should have. - we didn't talk about it much - I moved and decided suddenly the distance would be to much - T said when people do end theraoy, they are revisited by the problems that brought them to therapy, like a reviewing. But that doesn't mean to say you will be stuck in it. I laughed and said "well, I reviewed it and don't like it" T said you can always email me between sessions! Anyways, I'm sticking with once a week and see how it goes. |

I've never heard that said before - about being revisited by your issues when you end. Doesnt sound pleasant.
