OMG!!! You are not going to believe the outcome of final jeopardy today!!!

Its like the north and south pole switched polarity!
Its like Hillary won the election.
I am just... overwhelmed.
If you are a fan of big bang theory, you should not miss it.

I can die happy now.

I've just been doing protein shake with mct powder, protein bars, and finding easy dinners. The key is to keep carbs down way low. I've been making turkey chili, taco salads, shredded mexican chicken, meatballs, tortilla pizza, shrimp...all easy recipes. I never thought I could lose weight. I thought I was doing enough, but I was still eating carbs. I haven't had rice, pasta, bread, or cereal in 3 weeks. It's a little hard, but once you find foods you like, it's not too bad.

You can do it, Unaluna!

So harsh Una. Just because WE know doesn't mean that everyone would know that!

He can keep the beard and become a hipster. Thought the magic of comic con was to dress up? If he wore a mask how would you recognize him at the gate?

I'm going to try low carb for awhile. I need to lose back the 10 lbs I regained.

You've done it before and you will do it again.

When you weren't here I missed having updates about your cooking. You would have been the first person I was going to ask - oh what to do with my limpy tomatoes?

Anytime my h's cherry tomatos got all wrinkly I would blanch them and then add to my lentils. Yum.

The non cook in me would ask but what does blanch mean?!?

Can I please come overrrrrrrrrr for dinner? I like the sound of grilled brussel sprouts, but only had boiled ones too when I was younger. My friend Jo gave me the book "deliciously ella with friends" but I've never done anything other than look at the pictures.

Una it's honestly posssible. The hardest thing is thinking of it as a whole set which can get intimidating. Break it down into small bites (see what I did there ) and aim for 1 pound or even half a pound a week. All progress is progress! No point in being soooo strict if your can't stick to it for more than 3 days.

To infinity and PARADIGM shift! (Okay I'll stop drinking now).
