Branston Pickle isn't really wet. It's sort of chutney-like.

It was okay. We went to a sushi place. I just let them talk amongst themselves mostly.

Tomorrow is the extended team outing with the dreaded team building exercise plus lunch that's supposed to be almost 4 hours. I'm completely dreading it. My therapist is visiting your favorite US city right now, but he said he'd call me after this thing is over to check in with me. I appreciate him so much right now. Yesterday in session he kept saying he was worried about me and at one point asked if he could sit in his desk chair and rolled it over so he could sit closer to me. I really appreciated that. We were able to talk more quietly and it just felt caring to have him sit nearer to me.

Team building exercises are the worst...sorry you have to deal with that. I'm glad your T is being so supportive.

It is not hard - mixing various varieties of mustard seeds with various sorts of other stuff (honey, beer, wine, water, etc) - you just have to let them rest a bit to mellow or they will sort of blow your head off.
