I agree with the cheddar and honey mustard on whole wheat!
Thanks for this!

That's a good idea re: some sort of nutritional shake. or I have stuff to make smoothies...I did just have some chips and salsa at a restaurant, so think I'm doing better in that area now. I think talking to T helped (as I think it was a psychological thing, like depression/sadness, leading to the not wanting to eat).

Do you have mustard shares?! I think I might actually buy some and report back when I comeback from London after Christmas.

I was thinking the same thing but didn't know how to word it well, so didn't. You have been very distressed recently and I think it is linked.

Branston Pickle isn't really wet. It's sort of chutney-like.

Cheese and pickle sounds good. I don't know about cheese and peanut butter although I do sometimes have apple slices with peanut butter and cheese so it might be good. Kit

I ate cheese and peanut butter sandwiches as a child thanks to my babysitter. Doesn’t appeal now though.

In an idle moment I retook the PC Sanity Score quiz I took years ago a few months after I joined. I’m saner now!

Either getting rid of the husband, time, meds, the fellowship of the Couch, or all four. Pretty sure it wasn’t therapy, though.

It was okay. We went to a sushi place. I just let them talk amongst themselves mostly.

Tomorrow is the extended team outing with the dreaded team building exercise plus lunch that's supposed to be almost 4 hours. I'm completely dreading it. My therapist is visiting your favorite US city right now, but he said he'd call me after this thing is over to check in with me. I appreciate him so much right now. Yesterday in session he kept saying he was worried about me and at one point asked if he could sit in his desk chair and rolled it over so he could sit closer to me. I really appreciated that. We were able to talk more quietly and it just felt caring to have him sit nearer to me.

That explains it. I always pictured slices of dill slipping off the cheese. Along with the juiciness issue, like Artie

I don't eat a lot of cheese, but I have had cheese sandwiches with mustard.
I make my own mustards.

Team building exercises are the worst...sorry you have to deal with that. I'm glad your T is being so supportive.

It is not hard - mixing various varieties of mustard seeds with various sorts of other stuff (honey, beer, wine, water, etc) - you just have to let them rest a bit to mellow or they will sort of blow your head off.
