Pdoc appointment tomorrow morning. Those usually are only 40 minutes. I have so much to say, and I'm afraid I'll cry during much of it. Pocket riders greatly appreciated, thanks.

I'm in. Could you write down what you want to say so if you become to emotional you can give it to him to read?

I'll hop in, and I second the writing stuff down idea.

Me too! I'm carefully climbing in! I also agree about writing down what you want to say.

Appointment went all right. I'm going to be seeing Pdoc every two weeks, maybe until T returns from her medical leave.
In the session, I said everything that was/is on my mind. I even expressed annoyance with what Pdoc had said to me last session (to which I also brought my wife, but that's another story). He asked me if I wanted to get some therapy from another T in the practice, a woman I've met a few times, but I told him no, because I didn't want to develop a transference toward her. I also said that I didn't want a transference toward him. He and I have been talking more like teacher and student, than Pdoc and patient. Thanks for all the pocket riders! |

Hi Cool, I'm glad the PDOC appointment went well and that you are going to have some support from PDOC while T is out. That's good news! Kit
