Please note well: I am just venting here. I don't want to be judged, I don't want solutions. I am just venting. Please feel free to leave friendly, compassionate, replies. Ok, I think that covers everything. Sorry if the vent is long.

Nevermind.

Didn’t get to read the vent but sending caring thoughts and hugs (if you’re comfortable with them).

The vent was "Nevermind." I have so much to say, but even my fingers are depressed, and don't want to do anything.

I'm trying to stay at work until 5 pm, but it's getting difficult to concentrate on things. Well, let me rephrase: I'm concentrating on all the wrong things, and not getting much done.

If you're like me, and you're angry, if you don't have a healthy way of releasing that anger or putting it to good use (like chores, ugh), the anger turns inward and becomes depression. Usually when I am depressed, that's pretty much the only thing I feel (along with despair, hopelessness, etc.). But I have this strange mix of anger and depression today. I'm annoyed at several people, angry at a few others, angry at my parents (both deceased), angry at my brother (also deceased), but most of all, I am angry that my T is ill. I am having a hard time putting it that way, because now and then I am angry at my T. But since she took texting away (on Tuesday), I can't tell her how I feel, and why.
I know many of you have suggested that I write all this stuff down, and I agree with you...I'm a writer (as well as a librarian), but just now I feel almost too angry/depressed to write, even.

The vent has been building up since 1965. If I REALLY said everything that the vent contains, we'd be here for several years. At least.

A very well-written several years. . . There's nothing I would rather do right now than read your vent, Cool .

I can't possibly write it all. But I'll tell you this, if I had been listened to, instead of neglected, abandoned, verbally and physically abused, AND most importantly, IF I HAD BEEN HEARD, I might not be in this forum.

I wish you had been heard and seen, and I am glad you are here on the forum. It is sad but true they are probably mutually exclusive.

Maybe it's good to vent. Sometimes I feel like a pressure cooker because so much is building up inside, and it's not a good feeling. I say if you want to vent then vent away.
