I used to count tissues that I'd take from R. I got to 28. The me of then used to think I didn't deserve them and was just wasting them, so I bought him a box to replace them.

Well he’s fairly clueless about music—I joked that I should slip in song lyrics without his noticing. But he knows music is really important to me, so I think he tries to understand.

With tissues, is that one session, or total? I’m afraid to think how many of Ts tissues I’ve used over the past, uh, 16 months...

Maybe a hot bath after work would help? My favourite speaker spoke of "spiritual baths" he does the full works- locks the door, music, candles, special oils and flowers too!

I made a Hungarian goulash which is like a stew, so you need stew meat, flour, beef broth, caraway seeds, paprika, onion, water, carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, tomatoes. If I make it over noodles I don't put in the potatoes, but I didn't make it over noodles this time. It took me about 30 minutes to prep and 3 hours to cook it, but it came out tasty and it was good for a cold winter's day. Plus it made the house smell good cooking on the stove.

I used to take hot baths a lot. I don't know why I stopped. Oh probably because I stopped doing everything that used to feel good. Just want sleep. All the time. It's sleep on overdrive.

Unfortunately the curriculum is rather narrow.

Holy carp! I would feel bad if i used more than one! But i only had a runny nose, mostly as soon as i came in. I rarely teared up.

It's creepy because I am alone in the office. It's lunchtime and so everyone is at lunch. Me and another lady vary our lunches so that someone is here to answer the phone. Usually my supervisor is here but she had a dentist appointment, so I'm walking through all the offices and it's all empty. It's creepy! Kit

Yeah, I’ve finished up boxes before, but they were already partly gone. We’ve joked that I’m on the platinum, unlimited tissues plan.

I think the only time I used tissues in my former T's office was when I got a bloody nose. I haven't used tissues in new T's office. I got a little teary eyed last time, but not full on crying. I don't even know why that happened. Nor, I realize, do I even know where her tissues are, even though they are probably in some ridiculously obvious place. I'm oblivious sometimes! Kit

First class wasn't bad. Liked the professor, although he made some comments about women and programming that I think have put a bit of unintended pressure on the handful of women in the class.

That we are naturally better at it than men? You can only fail UP. Obviously i dont know the other people in the class, but youve got the goods, from what ive seen here. A way of looking at things.

I think this sounds like a Couch challenge: How many song lyrics can one slip into a session? Extra points for appropriateness to the topic, and for doing so without the therapist thinking something is up.
