Has anyone experienced dizziness for over a week after emdr? The day of my last emdr session I felt the typical drained, nauseated, out of it feeling. Continuing since then I've had dizziness. I'm pretty sure it's not another health condition. Any ideas?

I have felt dizzy, nauseous, out of it after EMDR, but not for a whole week. You might want to follow up with either T or your Dr.

Thanks for the responses. I 'think' it's finally cleared up, a full week later. T said she's never heard of dizziness lasting that long but thinks I may have been dissociating in a way I haven't done before. I honestly didn't feel dissociated at all. I felt like I was doing a good job of being open to thinking about the processing from the last emdr and "being curious" about where it went.

We took a break this week to make sure it has gone away. If it comes back I'll know it's a medical thing. Could've been viral too. I didnt feel sick at all but I did travel the week before.
